You will partner with senior leaders, translate business priorities into engaging messages, and manage multi-channel communications and executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 10-12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related disciplines.
• Experience developing and executing employee communication strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated employee communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear, timely communications for employees.
• Create and manage communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, town halls, videos, newsletters).
• Develop executive communications including talking points and leadership messages.
• Translate complex business information into concise, accessible employee communications.
• Support communications related to organizational change and culture.
