Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications & Community Engagement to develop and execute strategic programs that strengthen employee connection and community impact. This role partners with senior leaders, Tokyo Corporate Communications, HR, and other stakeholders to translate business priorities into clear, engaging communications.

The ideal candidate has 10–12+ years in corporate communications or related fields, exceptional writing and storytelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, employee communications, PR, or community engagement.
• Proven ability to develop and execute employee communication strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization with multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated employee communication strategies aligned with objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to create clear, timely communications for employees.
• Create communications across channels: email, intranet, meetings, videos, newsletters, presentations.
• Develop executive communications including talking points and town hall materials.
• Translate complex business information into concise employee communications.
• Support communications for organizational change, culture, and initiatives.
• Establish plans, timelines, audiences, and channels for major initiatives.
• Monitor feedback and adjust communications based on needs and priorities.
• Develop community engagement strategies and partner with nonprofits and teams.
• Lead communications supporting volunteerism and CSR programs.
