Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 10-12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, employee communications, public relations, community engagement, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing employee communication strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience developing communications for multiple audiences and communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated employee communication strategies aligned with objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to craft clear, timely employee communications.
• Manage communications across email, intranet, digital platforms, meetings, town halls, videos, newsletters, presentations, and leadership communications.
• Create executive communications, including talking points, messages, and presentations.
• Translate complex business information into concise, accessible employee communications.
• Support communications for organizational change, culture, and major initiatives.
• Establish communication plans with timelines, audiences, messages, and channels for major initiatives.
• Monitor employee feedback and adjust strategies based on needs and priorities.
