Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial technology, analytics, or related business systems in biotech/pharma/life sciences.
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Commercial Technology to support CRM, data sources, and analytics across Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Pricing & Market Access, and Trade & Distribution.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics to improve decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
• Support international expansion and future product launches with scalable platforms and AI-enabled improvements.
