Job summary
Sun Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Data & Analytics Engineering to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of data platforms and products for North America Commercial IT. You will partner with analytics, operations, and IT, directing data ingestion, governance, and platform operations to support scalable insights in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and business-facing communication.
Qualifications
- Experience designing data pipelines, layered architectures, data models, semantic layers, and reusable data products.
- Experience overseeing engineering vendors and global delivery teams with SOWs and budgets.
- Strong ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and lifecycle of data lake/lakehouse and analytics platforms.
- Partner with Commercial Analytics & Insights and IT to align roadmaps and backlogs.
- Oversee production operations, monitoring, incident and change management.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.
- Establish governance, quality, security controls and cost efficiency.
