Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related or life sciences field.
• 5+ years of experience spanning sales, analytics, and sales operations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience building processes and systems in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Help set national and regional sales targets aligned with forecasts.
• Support implementation of sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
• Help manage field alignment, territory mapping, and resource allocation.
• Partner with IT to manage data underpinning sales and marketing operations.
• Drive CRM and related sales systems improvements.
• Define and communicate KPIs to commercial stakeholders.
• Track KPIs with analytics to inform field strategy.
