Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Commercial Technology and Digital Solutions. You will own platform administration, analytics, and AI-enabled process improvements to support the commercial organization in the U.S. and internationally.

Based in Pasadena, CA, the role requires collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Pricing & Market Access, and Trade & Distribution to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting commercial technology or related systems in biotech/pharma.
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Experience managing technology vendors, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and digital technologies supporting commercial teams.
• Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day administration, enhancement, and support of commercial technology platforms.
• Manage configuration, releases, testing, integrations, and production support across CRM and data sources.
• Own Master Data Management processes for accurate customer data.
• Provide admin support for Veeva Commercial CRM, PromoMats, and MedComms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions with stakeholders and IT.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Ensure reliable, high-quality data and reporting for decision-making.
• Continuously improve reporting capabilities and data quality.
