Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Commercial Technology & Digital Solutions in Pasadena, CA. You will oversee daily operation of commercial platforms, marketing tech, and brand websites, while expanding capabilities to ex-U.S. regions.

The role requires hands-on platform administration, vendor management, and strong data reporting, with an emphasis on cross‑functional collaboration and phased handovers from external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting commercial technology or marketing operations in biotech/pharma.
• Hands-on platform administration, releases, and user support.
• Experience managing vendors, SLAs, and costs.
• Familiarity with promotional review processes and digital controls.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Websites/Marketing Tech: coordinate updates to corporate websites and marketing assets; support automation and CRM connections; manage campaigns and data flows.
• Ex-U.S. Expansion: gather tech requirements, set up platforms for new regions, support launches and regional ops.
• Reporting/Analytics: build and troubleshoot Power BI dashboards; validate data and maintain definitions.
• Vendor Oversight: run status meetings, track service levels, maintain vendor inventory and runbooks, handover readiness.
• Project/Business Support: manage plans, testing schedules, user acceptance testing, release impacts, and training.
• Other: backup admin for CRM/PromoMats/ZAIDYN; maintain docs and runbooks.
