Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Manager, Commercial Technology, to oversee daily operation of commercial platforms, reporting, and brand websites in Pasadena, CA. The role interfaces with Enterprise Data Management to enable self-service analytics and robust BI capabilities.

You will lead Databricks and Genie configurations, validate data, support Power BI reporting, and guide vendor transitions as Arrowhead expands into ex-U.S. markets. Office-based, five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting commercial technology, analytics, marketing operations, or business systems in biotechnology or life sciences.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks SQL, notebooks, and reporting tables and views.
• Experience developing and supporting Power BI dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and troubleshoot Power BI dashboards and reports for commercial teams and leadership.
• Query, transform, and validate commercial data using Databricks SQL and notebooks.
• Coordinate data management, reporting, and Genie configurations with Enterprise Data Management.
