Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services Cloud Architects (PCAM) to lead a team of 8–10 ProServe Cloud Architects in North America, blending hands-on customer engagement with frontline people leadership to guide complex engagements to successful outcomes.

The role partners with PCA Managers, NAMER leadership, ProServe Account Executives, Delivery Teams, and AGS Sales to accelerate customers’ cloud journeys and develop technical talent within a collaborative

Qualifications

10+ years IT/management consulting experience.
5+ years of people leadership experience.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Experience guiding and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

Directly manage a team of 8–10 PCAs, fostering technical excellence, customer obsession, and a collaborative team culture
Serve as a hands-on technical and strategic advisor alongside PCAs in complex customer engagements
Build trusted relationships with customers and partners, engaging at the executive level when needed
Collaborate with peer PCA Managers to share best practices, balance workloads, and maintain consistency across NAMER
Drive Billable Bookings performance through team enablement, opportunity coaching, and strategic deal support
