Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Manager, ProServe Cloud Architects to lead a team of 8–10 PCAs in North America. The role combines hands-on customer engagement with frontline people leadership, coaching PCAs through complex situations to drive successful outcomes.

The position emphasizes leadership, strategic advisory for customers, collaboration with sales, delivery teams and partners, and a focus on CSAT improvements and engagement margins across NAMER.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting, or 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• 7+ years of technology sales, or 3+ years of management experience.
• 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting Services, or 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.
• Experience with enterprise architecture including virtualization technologies and distributed architecture.
• Experience with consulting practice leadership as manager of managers with team size 50+ and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 8–10 PCAs, fostering technical excellence and customer obsession.
• Lead performance management, career development, goal setting, and regular 1:1 coaching.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and retention to build a high‑performing team.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners, engaging at the executive level when needed.
• Act as an escalation point for technical and commercial challenges within the portfolio.
• Champion customer satisfaction improvements across all engagements.
