HCSC in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Manager to lead Clinical Accounts Management Services (CAMS), overseeing client-facing Clinical Account Consultants for major national ASO clients and the SAM teams. You will shape departmental strategy and drive performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with applicable clinical licensure, 5+ years in healthcare or clinical account management, 1+ year in leadership, and strong data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and active, unrestricted license in the state of operation (RN/LMSW/LPC or Dietician).
• 5+ years progressive healthcare, managed care, or clinical account management experience.
• 3 years’ clinical practice or behavioral counseling experience.
• 2+ years in Clinical Account Consultant or related role with demonstrated success
• 1+ years in a management/lead capacity and handling teams to goals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for CAMS, including oversight of client-facing Clinical Account Consultants.
• Serve as liaison between executive leadership, SAM, clients, brokers, and cross-functional stakeholders to advance business goals.
• Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives and mentor talent through development and succession planning.
• Develop scalable processes and advance delivery of clinical products and services in line with enterprise objectives.
