Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Health Services Operations (HSO) Clinical Program Manager to provide direction for complex clinical programs. You will partner with Health Care Services, Health Plan Operations, Data & Technology, and Finance to improve care quality, consumer experience, and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes program management, stakeholder collaboration, data reporting, and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives within a national healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 5+ years' experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry.
• Experience in clinical area preferred. May have equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive focused outcomes.
• Lead teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives.
• Educate leadership and staff on new program elements and implementation.
• Maintain data reporting and program assessment; develop project documents and plans.
• Collaborate with program leaders to develop monitoring and evaluation protocols and implement improvements.
