Human Interest is on a mission to help small and medium-sized businesses offer robust retirement solutions. We seek a Manager of Client Relationship Management to lead a team, drive strategic account delivery, and partner across departments to accelerate growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing leadership role managing high-performing teams and resolving complex escalations.
• 5+ years of experience in the retirement industry with understanding of 401(k)/403(b) plan functions and product lifecycle.
• Possession of a QKA or QKS designation, or commitment to begin certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proven ability to mentor a team in a fast-paced environment using internal SME to resolve issues for critical partners.
• Ability to navigate complex tools and resources to drive results with autonomy and customer obsession.
• Strong organizational and data aptitude to manage teams, deadlines, and multiple projects.
• Capacity to communicate confidently across all organizational levels with empathy.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure while treating customers and employees with empathy.
• Attention to detail and data-driven performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate service delivery strategies for high-visibility plan sponsors.
• Translate customer objectives into team strategies to maximize plan value.
• Oversee account manager engagement for timely communication and priority negotiation.
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships as a strategic escalation point.
• Manage team caseloads and performance to maintain high retention and anticipate needs.
• Resolve systemic operational hurdles to achieve permanent issue resolution.
• Govern SLAs to ensure timely service delivery for critical partners.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and tools for escalations and growth.
