Human Interest in New York, NY is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to define our customers' experience as an expert for your assigned accounts. You will work with implementation, sales, and support teams to ensure timely resolution of questions and optimize plans to meet customer goals.

You will own customer happiness with responsive, proactive touchpoints and serve as the single point of contact for plan sponsors, ensuring IRS/DOL deadlines are met and plans are aligned with regulatory

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in A–Z plan administration.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with implementation, sales and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Define customer experience for assigned accounts and be the expert source of knowledge.
• Collaborate with implementation, sales, and support teams to resolve questions and optimize plans.
• Own customer happiness with responsive and proactive touchpoints.
• Serve as the single point of contact for plan sponsors in your book of accounts.
• Provide timely, superior customer service, including problem solving and issue resolution.
• Communicate plan features and requirements clearly and concisely.
• Work cross-functionally to provide compliant valuation reports, participant statements, and annual testing.
• Share customer insights with marketing and product teams.
