Keurig Dr Pepper in Frisco, TX is seeking a Senior Manager of Category Commercialization for Allied Partners to drive development, execution, and measurement of category plans across beverage categories. You will align with National Retail Sales and cross‑functional teams to deliver a coherent commercial strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of CPG experience and demonstrated leadership, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years’ experience Sales, Marketing, and/or Commercial leadership
• Experience in consumer goods or retail products strongly preferred, beverage industry knowledge a plus
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited US or international university; MBA preferred
• Commercial strategy or Channel strategy development experience is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Support the Senior Director of Allied Partner Commercialization with daily workload / projects.
• Collaborate with activation, allied partners, supply chain, shopper insights, marketing, RGM, and category management to build a yearly calendar of OBPPC tactics.
• Represent the full category commercial perspective in all discussions across the enterprise and with Brand marketing partners.
• Develop insights-based category selling stories and operating plans for NRS and RTM.
• Shepherd commercialization for new product innovations and retail account specific launches.
• Provide commercial guidance for annual allied brand process and launches.
• Track in year performance and adjust programming to meet AOP goals.
• Lead and support company-wide meetings such as NRS QBRs and National Sales Meeting.
