Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager – Card Benefit Partner Development to drive the U.S. card benefits strategy. You will identify, evaluate, and advance partnerships across retail, subscriptions, health/wellness, and travel, delivering data-driven analyses and business cases.

The role requires close collaboration with product, marketing, finance, legal, sourcing, and client management teams, with an emphasis on deal development and contracting. San Francisco or Foster City offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or 2 years PhD for alternative track.
• Experience in product management, product ownership, business process analysis, or sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Support development of partnership strategies by market and landscape analysis.
• Prepare outreach materials, partner profiles, and coordination with merchant relations teams.
• Contribute data analyses, business cases, and benefit construct comparisons for internal review.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs with Marketing, Sales, Sponsorships, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and Client Management.
• Manage partnership development processes, pipelines, timelines, and approvals.
• Assist advisory engagements with financial institutions and cobrand clients.
