Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, workforce management, vendor management, program management, or similar analytical leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to build operating models, governance routines, scorecards, dashboards, or playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Capac ity orchestration and operational execution: translate forecasts, backlog, service levels into deployment decisions across queues, teams, vendors.
• Vendor & flex optimization: staff augmentation strategy, vendor performance governance, and escalation paths.
• Program management & cross-functional leadership: align Workforce Management, Operations, Recruiting, Training, Quality, Data and Vendor teams; establish rhythms and asset library.
• Create playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks to speed decisions and reduce reliance on any one person.
