Job summary

Devoted Health seeks a Senior Manager to scale our Guide operations by orchestrating capacity across teams, vendors, and flexible staff. You will translate forecasts and priorities into deployment plans and create a central source of truth for capacity and risk.

You\'ll build playbooks, dashboards, and governance routines, lead cross-functional programs, and ensure execution against ambitious capacity targets while maintaining a focus on vendor performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, workforce management, vendor management, program management, or similar analytical leadership role in healthcare or customer-focused environment.
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building operating models, governance, scorecards, dashboards, or performance systems from scratch.
• Strong ability to translate forecasts and staffing plans into practical decisions with judgment and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Capacity orchestration and operational execution: turn forecasts, backlog, and priorities into deployment decisions across queues, teams, vendors, and staffing pools.
• Vendor & flex optimization: own staff augmentation strategy and set governance to close gaps in quality, productivity, and timeliness.
