Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Senior Manager to orchestrate capacity across multiple operating teams, coordinating flex staffing and vendor-supported resources to scale without headcount growth.

The role drives operating rhythm, stakeholder alignment, and scalable infrastructure, building playbooks, SOPs, and governance to ensure fast, disciplined execution across centers and vendors, in a high-impact healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, workforce management, vendor management, program management, or a similar analytical leadership role in healthcare or customer-focused environments.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams and priorities.
• Experience building operating models, governance routines, dashboards, playbooks, or performance systems from scratch.
• Strong operational judgment translating forecasts and staffing plans into practical decisions.
• Proven use of metrics and data to diagnose root causes and drive improvements.
• Exceptional systems thinking connecting people, process, data, tech, and vendor performance into scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across leadership levels.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while maintaining clarity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Turn forecasts, backlog, service levels, and staffing availability into smart deployment decisions across queues, teams, vendors, and temp pools.
• Own staff augmentation strategy and vendor governance, including metrics, scorecards, and escalation paths.
• Lead cross-functional programs from idea to execution, establish milestones, track progress, and build a central capacity and risk playbook.
