Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Capacity Management Lead to oversee a team of analysts, optimizing Epic Cadence templates and scheduling to enhance patient access and provider utilization. You will partner with clinicians, clinic leaders, and IS to drive improvements and governance.

The role demands strong leadership, project planning, and data-driven process improvement within a large healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 3 Years of Experience
• Epic Accreditation (EPICACRD) and Epic Certification (EPICCERT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional and technical SME on Epic Cadence and Scott & White workflows.
• Test and document workflows, data collections, and end-user reports.
• Create, modify, and track system builds timely and effectively.
• Create and execute test scripts for new system builds.
• Provide application help and communicate changes to super users and end users.
• Lead, manage, and mentor Application Analysts.
• Define and review business system requirements to improve efficiency.
• Translate organizational needs into specialized application specifications.
• Collaborate with IS teams on policies and operations.
• Solve problems by analyzing data and workflows.
