Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a senior leader to oversee demand intake and capacity alignment for the managed services model. You will triage, classify, and align requests to vendor capacity and contractual limits while ensuring transparency in pipelines, throughput, and constraints to enable effective prioritization and optimal resource utilization.

You will partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to balance demand, resolve capacity conflicts, and minimize overcommitment or delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration or a related field is required.
• Seven years of consulting or leadership experience or equivalent combination.
• Foundational knowledge of IT operations or IT project management is required.
• Master's degree and people management experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads demand intake and capacity alignment for the managed services model, triages requests and aligns to vendor capacity and contractual limits.
• Establishes transparency into demand pipelines, throughput, and constraints for prioritization and utilization.
