Qualifications

• Two years office management experience or 5 years in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of insurance (CMS regulations, state/federal regulations) and billing guidelines.
• Proficient with electronic health records, scheduling and billing systems; MS Word/Excel skills.
• Able to manage multiple locations in a fast-paced environment; 8-hour workday.

Responsibilities

• Schedule providers and resources to maximize productivity.
• Register, charge capture and initial submission, at point of service collection.
• Hire for multiple locations and manage staffing across sites.
• Oversee budgeting, expenditures, and equipment needs.
• Prepare monthly reports and attend/lead staff meetings.
• Ensure compliance with DNV-GL standards and coding requirements.
