Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager, Capacity Enablement-Orthopaedics, to act as the general manager for DePuy-Synthes External Operations manufacturing sites. You will lead a team across multiple sites to ensure reliable supply, total cost effectiveness, and compliance with customer service and product requirements.

The role requires 8–10 years’ experience in manufacturing/Supply Chain, strong project management, and the ability to develop strategic business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of functional related experience.
• MBA and APICS certification are desirable.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall platform capacity management across strategic sites.
• Develop and deploy long-range capacity modeling tools.
• Lead Strategic Capacity Governance aligning internal and External Operations.
• Oversee CAPEX/OPEX investments for Capacity Enablement programs.
• Support long-term efficiency improvements and strategic planning.
• Develop monthly metrics and ensure regulatory compliance and documentation.
