Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit is seeking a Senior Manager, Capacity Enablement for Orthopaedics, based in West Chester, PA, with options for other U.S. sites. Remote work may be considered case-by-case.

The role leads external operations capacity governance, develops long-range capacity models, and manages relationships with strategic collaborators to ensure reliable supply, cost effectiveness, and compliance across the global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years related experience.
• MBA and APICS certification desirable.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing environment required.
• Experience in managing suppliers and contracts preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for managing the overall platform capacity management process, including monitoring of capital equipment across strategic collaborator sites and related projects to manage manufacturing floor space.
• Develop and deploy long-range capacity modeling tools to enable External Operations to plan and support future capacity requirements.
• Lead overall Strategic Capacity Governance, aligning internal Supply Chain with External Operations.
• Develop strategic business cases and oversee CAPEX and OPEX investments for Capacity Enablement across the Global Supply Chain Network.
• Support long-term strategies for year-over-year efficiency and capability improvements.
• Develop monthly metrics and ensure documentation, training and archiving comply with policies.
• Maintain awareness of market trends affecting cost, pricing and operations.
