Responsibilities

• Lead External Operations planning activities to meet DePuy Synthes service level, global inventory and agility objectives.
• Drive service, inventory and agility performance across external supply chains and manage flow from partners to J&J distribution network.
• Utilize data to drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes in a systematic manner.
• Develop and execute a capacity and supply planning strategy with measurable results and KPIs.
• Oversee control tower management, STEM, capacity planning, inventory, deployment, launch planning, and cross-DC coordination.
• Act as an air-traffic-controller between external manufacturing integrations teams & Global Plan Leads for STEM issues.
• Periodically evaluate planning system parameters that influence net requirements planning and inventory targets.
• Lead a process to capture worldwide demand plans and align with capacity and targets to create a best-fit production plan.
• Bring contemporary best practices in supply chain planning and coach others.
• Work in a complex matrix across J&J and external partners
