Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Capacity Enablement for Orthopaedics, based in multiple U.S. locations including Raynham, MA. This role drives external operations capacity, capital planning, and cross-functional governance to ensure reliable supply and cost effectiveness.

The position requires 8–10 years in medical tech/Supply Chain with GMP experience, plus strong program management and ERP/SAP proficiency. Remote work may be considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple supply chain disciplines including External Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution or Finance.
• Experience managing suppliers and negotiating contracts / supplier agreements.
• GMP environment experience; strong knowledge of process improvement and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall platform capacity management process across strategic collaborator sites.
• Develop and deploy long-range capacity modeling tools for External Operations.
• Lead Strategic Capacity Governance aligning internal SCM with External Operations.
• Develop Strategic Business Cases and oversee CAPEX and OPEX investments for Capacity Enablement Programs.
• Support long-term strategies for year-over-year efficiency and capability improvements.
• Develop monthly operational metrics and ensure compliance with documentation and training requirements.
