Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Process to oversee CRM and CONA platforms, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and align technology with operational strategy.

You will lead a systems and process team, partner with Sales and Service leadership, drive process improvements, train end users, and ensure reliable system performance to support revenue and gross profit goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads Sales & Service evaluation and optimization of business processes and technologies to achieve revenue and gross profit objectives.
• Partners with Director of Sales and Service Business Process Design to research and develop opportunities through gap analysis and evaluation of performance metrics.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for all Sales & Service systems, providing end-user support and training.
• Monitors the performance and availability of systems to mitigate disruptions.
• Directs, leads, and motivates a dedicated systems and process team to deliver results.
