Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Process to lead and optimize our business processes and supporting technologies.

You will assess operational needs, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and align initiatives with our strategic goals across sales and service platforms including CRM and CONA. You will collaborate with internal and external partners, drive efficiency, and mentor a dedicated systems and process team while guiding resource planning and

Qualifications

Six Sigma certification preferred.
Green Belt minimum.
Ability to prioritize daily, weekly and project tasks to meet deadlines and SLAs with partners.

Responsibilities

Leads evaluation and optimization of business processes and technologies to achieve revenue and gross profit objectives.
Partner with Sales and Service Design to research opportunities and improve performance metrics.
Serve as SME for Sales & Service systems, providing end-user support and training.
Monitor performance and availability of systems to mitigate disruptions to processes.
Communicate with system providers to relay requirements and delivery expectations.
Direct and motivate a systems and process team to deliver results and support succession planning.
Other duties as assigned.
