Job summary

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements with department heads to improve efficiency and deliver cost savings.
• Create process documentation, training aids, training videos, and reporting for assigned applications and business processes.
• Support testing, rollout, and sustainment of system enhancements, new features, and process capabilities.
• Serve as first level support for troubleshooting, project, and program intake.
• Develop and maintain business process workflows and SOPs (written and visual).
• Provide business systems training in collaboration with Learning and Development.
• Offer reporting and insights related to system usage, performance, and SLA adherence.
