Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Charlotte is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Process to lead evaluation of CRM, CONA, and related tools across Sales & Service. You will work with the Director of Sales and Service Business Process Design to drive efficiency and align initiatives with metrics.

The role oversees system performance, resource planning, and budget management while mentoring a systems and process team and advancing continuous improvement in our organization.

Qualifications

• Green Belt certification or equivalent belt level required.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in business systems or process roles.
• Experience with CRM, ERP or sales process platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads evaluation and optimization of business processes and technologies to meet revenue and gross profit targets.
• Partners with Director of Sales and Service Business Process Design to drive efficiency via gap analysis and metrics.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for Sales & Service systems; provides end-user training and resources.
• Monitors system performance and availability to minimize disruption.
• Communicates requirements and SLAs with systems providers; manages expectations.
