Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte seeks a Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Process to lead assessments and analyses that align with business strategies. You will oversee CRM, CONA, and related tools across Sales & Service, ensuring efficient operations and measurable improvements.

Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Service Business Process Design to implement opportunities, train end users, and strengthen capabilities while supporting succession planning and company values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business process improvements with CRM/CONA.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analyses and oversee system performance.
• Experience training end users and building process training materials.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads Sales & Service evaluation and optimization of business processes and technologies to achieve revenue and gross profit objectives.
• Partners with Director of Sales and Service Business Process Design to develop opportunities through gap analysis and evaluation of performance metrics.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for Sales & Service systems, providing end-user support and training.
• Monitors the performance and availability of systems to mitigate disruption of business processes.
• Directs and motivates a dedicated systems and process team to deliver results and align with company goals.
