Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Data Solutions Lead II to evaluate the most complex business requests, determine solution paths, and lead high-impact analytics initiatives. The role translates ambiguous problems into structured, actionable strategies and aligns stakeholders across functions for delivery.

The position requires leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on reporting, dashboards, data products, and innovation-led approaches.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
7+ years of experience required.
Preferred: degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, CS, Data Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

Evaluate highly complex, ambiguous, cross-functional requests and determine the best solution path.
Define strategic business logic, KPIs, measures, and structured solution approaches for high-impact analytics.
Lead and coordinate complex analytics or innovation-led solutions with stakeholders and technical resources.
Influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and manage tradeoffs across priorities and outcomes.
Route standard output work back to Data Product Developers when appropriate.
Document solution approaches, requirements, key decisions, and logic for continuity and reuse.
Other duties as assigned.
