Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Manager, Business Operations within Product Engineering to drive operational excellence across the Bedrock LCR portfolio. You will lead daily operations, optimize resources, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and other teams to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or related field.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing operational cadences at scale.
• Experience working with large, complex data sets to create insightful dashboards.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the Bedrock LCR portfolio to support objectives and financial goals.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resources, products, and services.
• Develop metrics to capture, analyze, and report operating effectiveness for senior management.
• Contribute to pillar-level strategic planning, forecasting, and workforce data initiatives.
• Direct and review the work of enabling functions and administrative partners to drive accountability.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex operational challenges by adapting frameworks.
• Establish, maintain, and negotiate relationships with key external vendors.
