Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or related field.
• Proven track record implementing and managing operational cadences at scale.
• Experience with large, complex data sets to create strategic views and dashboards.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting/forecasting experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of business operations and cross-departmental relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Bedrock LCR portfolio to support business objectives and financial goals.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resources and services.
• Develop metrics to capture, analyze, and report operating effectiveness for leadership.
• Contribute to pillar-level strategic planning, budgeting, and workforce data initiatives.
• Direct and review work of enabling functions and admin partners to drive performance.
• Solve moderately complex operational challenges by applying existing frameworks and new ideas.
• Establish, maintain, and negotiate relationships with external vendors.
