Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, or related field.
• Experience implementing operational cadences at scale.
• Experience with large data sets to create strategic views and dashboards.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the Bedrock LCR portfolio to support business objectives and milestones.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Develop metrics to capture, analyze, and report operating effectiveness.
• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc business intelligence reports to senior management.
• Contribute to pillar-level strategic planning, resource forecasting, budget management, and workforce data initiatives.
• Direct and review work of enabling functions and administrative operational partners.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
• Establish and negotiate day-to-day relationships with key external vendors.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
