We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Vice President, Business Development (Hybrid) on our Career Advancement Collective team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
This role will build and lead the execution of the business development strategy for career and
education products and services of the AMA Career Advancement Collective (CAC) and
the AMA Ed Hub platform. Identify, develop, and execute new business
opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives. Collaborate
with key stakeholders to expand market presence, strengthen partner
relationships, and support long-term organizational objectives. Provide
strategic leadership, oversee pipeline development, and ensure alignment
between business development efforts and the organization's mission, goals, and
operational capabilities. Plan, execute, and forecast growth initiatives. Oversee
strategic planning and operations, ensuring cohesion and alignment across the
CAC business units, and maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Measure, monitor, and report progress against goals.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $239,292 - $323,044. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
