The role emphasizes coaching, strategic planning, and scalable delivery with a focus on process improvement, data-driven decisions, and managing vendor relationships to support a broad portfolio of initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in business operations, business analysis, project management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading teams and driving measurable business results.
• Experience partnering across business and technology organizations to deliver complex initiatives.
• Knowledge of UAT, operational processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, automation, and solution delivery efforts to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.
