Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights to lead analytics for the breast cancer portfolio within Oncology. You will own performance reporting, leverage IQVIA/Symphony Health data, and translate insights into business narratives for senior leadership.

You will partner with forecasting and strategy teams, apply AI tools to accelerate insights, and drive data-driven decisions in a matrixed environment across NYHQ and US sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline; MBA a plus.
6+ years in biopharma or commercial analytics roles.
Strong SQL, data visualization, and storytelling to stakeholders.
Experience with secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health).
Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio across cadence.
Leverage secondary data sources to identify trends and inform brand strategy.
Analyze according to patient segments and disease biology to explain market dynamics.
Develop subnational analytics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Support LT Dashboard maintenance and ensure accurate metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, data science, and forecasting teams.
