Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business discipline; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in biopharma, commercial analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Direct experience with IQVIA, Symphony Health, and specialty pharmacy data.
• Strong data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.
• Comfort communicating analytics as business stories; working in a matrixed environment.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in day-to-day analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for breast cancer portfolio across cadences.
• Use secondary data sources to identify trends and surface opportunities.
• Analyze performance by patient segments to understand market dynamics.
• Apply subnational analytics to identify geographic variation in performance.
• Translate insights into clear business narratives for leadership.
• Support Oncology LT Dashboard and other reporting infrastructure.
• Identify data anomalies and ensure accuracy of insights.
