Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights to support the breast cancer franchise within Oncology. You will own end-to-end performance reporting, using IQVIA, Symphony Health, and specialty data to drive brand strategy.

The role requires translating insights into actionable narratives for senior leadership and maintaining critical dashboards. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate insight generation and collaborate in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in biopharma, commercial analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Direct experience with commercial secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty pharmacy data).
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard design.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings as business stories to commercial stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to stay at the forefront of analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
• Leverage IQVIA, Symphony Health, and hub/SP data to identify trends and inform brand strategy.
• Analyze performance by patient segments to understand disease biology and market dynamics.
• Apply subnational analytics to surface geographic variations in brand performance.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business narratives for leadership.
• Support Oncology LT Dashboard and other reporting infrastructure for timely, accurate metrics.
• Identify data anomalies and ensure analytic outputs are reliable.
