Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Analytics & Insights to drive breast cancer portfolio analytics within Global Commercial Analytics. You will own end-to-end performance reporting, leverage IQVIA/Symphony Health data, and translate insights into strategic brand recommendations for leadership.

You will collaborate with marketing, data science, and forecasting teams in a matrixed environment, applying AI-enabled tools to accelerate insights and improve dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in biopharma, commercial analytics, strategic consulting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Direct experience with commercial secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty pharmacy data).
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and the ability to design clean, decision-oriented dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical findings as business stories – concise and insight-led for a commercial audience.
• Comfort working with AI tools in day-to-day analytical work, in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
• Leverage secondary data sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and inform brand strategy decisions.
• Analyze performance by patient segments to understand how biology and history shape market dynamics.
• Apply subnational analytics to surface geographic variation and actionable insights for brand strategy.
• Translate analyses into clear business narratives for brand teams and leadership.
• Support Oncology LT Dashboard and enterprise reporting infrastructure.
• Identify data anomalies and ensure insights are accurate and reliable.
