Job summary
Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights to support the breast cancer franchise within Oncology. You will own end-to-end performance reporting, leverage IQVIA/Symphony Health data, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
The role emphasizes AI-enabled analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and advancing BI capabilities across the GCA organization. Hybrid work with multiple US locations is available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or business discipline.
- Extensive experience in biopharma commercial analytics or consulting.
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills; experience with IQVIA/Symphony Health data.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio across cadence.
- Leverage secondary data sources to identify trends and inform brand strategy.
- Analyze performance by patient segments to understand market dynamics.
- Apply subnational analytics to surface geographic variations in performance.
- Translate insights into actionable narratives for brand teams and leadership.
- Support Oncology LT Dashboard and other enterprise reporting.
- Identify data anomalies and ensure accuracy of insights.
