Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights, to support the breast cancer franchise within Oncology. You will own end-to-end performance reporting, using IQVIA/Symphony Health data to illuminate trends and risks, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for brand teams and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business discipline. Master's preferred.
• 6+ years in biopharma, commercial analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with commercial secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty data).
• Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard design.
• Ability to tell business stories from analytics to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern analytics approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio across cadences.
• Leverage secondary data sources to identify trends and surface opportunities.
• Analyze performance by patient segments to understand market dynamics.
• Apply subnational analytics to surface geographic variation for brand strategy.
• Translate analytics into actionable narratives for leadership.
• Support Oncology LT Dashboard and reporting infrastructure.
• Identify data anomalies and ensure accuracy of insights.
