Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Analytics & Insights to advance the breast cancer portfolio within Oncology. You will own end-to-end performance reporting, analyze brand demand, market share, and patient segments, and translate insights into clear narratives for brand teams and senior leadership.

In a fast-paced, matrixed environment, you’ll leverage secondary data (IQVIA, Symphony Health) and AI-enabled tools to accelerate insights, partner with forecasting and strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 6+ years in biopharma or commercial analytics.
• Experience with IQVIA, Symphony Health, or specialty pharmacy data.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to translate analytics into business narratives.
• Comfort with AI tools in day-to-day analytics.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio.
• Analyze trends using IQVIA/Symphony Health data; surface risks and opportunities.
• Segment analysis by histology, biomarkers, demographics to explain market dynamics.
• Apply subnational analytics for geographic variation in brand performance.
• Translate findings into actionable business narratives for leadership.
• Support Oncology LT Dashboard and enterprise reporting.
• Ensure data quality and validate outputs.
