Job summary

Pfizer.com is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights to lead end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer franchise within Oncology. You will translate data signals into strategic recommendations for brand teams and senior leadership.

You will leverage IQVIA/Symphony Health and other data sources, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in biopharma, commercial analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Direct experience with commercial secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, etc.).
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI and dashboard design.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into business narratives for senior leaders.
• Comfort with AI tools in day-to-day analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
• Leverage secondary data sources to identify trends and surface risks and opportunities for brand strategy.
• Analyze performance by patient segments, biomarker status, and geography to inform commercial decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure for oncology metrics.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brand teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, data science, and forecasting teams to align inputs and outputs.
