Bright Horizons is hiring a Senior Manager, HRSC Benefits & Leave Administration, to lead a remote team delivering compliant benefits and leave services for employees across the United States. The role partners with Total Rewards, HR leadership, Payroll, and external vendors to optimize processes and improve the employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in benefits and leave administration, 3+ years of leadership, and preferably bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in benefits and leave administration.
• 3+ years leadership/management in HR or benefits.
• Experience with HR case management tools and SaaS HR solutions.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Benefits & Leave Administration team.
• Use metrics and dashboards to manage performance and address risks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Act as escalation point for complex regulatory matters with COE.
• Oversee administration of leave programs and benefits portfolios.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR, Payroll, Legal, and vendors.
