The Senior Manager, HRSC Benefits & Leave Administration, provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Benefits and Leave Administration function within the Human Resources Service Center. This role leads a team of Benefits and Leave Specialists and is accountable for service delivery, compliance, operational excellence, customer experience, and achievement of departmental goals and performance metrics. The Senior Manager drives a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence through strong leadership, coaching, talent development, and performance management. This role serves as a key partner to Total Rewards, HR leadership, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure effective administration of benefits and leave programs while identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance the employee experience.
The annual salary for this position is between $107,000 – $120,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors. This position is also eligible for a 5% Bonus Plan.
This is a Remote position available in the United States.
