Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering to lead the ASE training program for early-career SEs. You will drive curriculum alignment with product knowledge and value-based selling, mentor cohorts, and ensure scalable operations across cohorts.

You will partner with Field SE Management, Sales Enablement and Recruiting to place graduates into field roles, while tracking outcomes and refining the program for continued excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience or equivalent enablement leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Ability to work in office.
• Proven background as an individual contributor Solutions Engineer in technical SaaS/IoT/AI/ML selling.
• Experience delivering formal training programs and bootcamps; strong feedback culture.
• Passion for developing early-in-career talent and rapid skill growth.
• Expertise in MEDDPICC, Demo2Win and Great Demo frameworks.
• Exceptional presentation and writing skills; engaging instructor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and evolution of the ASE bootcamp for early-career SE talent.
• Coach and develop Associates through training, labs, and simulated sales scenarios.
• Collaborate with Field SE Management, Sales Enablement, Recruiting and Product teams.
• Track program health, graduation outcomes, and post-deployment performance.
