Job summary

PreSales Collective is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering to lead the ASE training and deployment program for early-career SE talent. You will oversee the bootcamp, ensure high-quality training, and drive continuous improvement across cohorts to produce capable, value-driven technical sellers.

You will coach engineers through labs and simulated sales scenarios, collaborating with cross-functional teams to place graduates into field roles and keep training current with product

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical sales training, bootcamps, or structured mentorship programs.
• Proven ability to develop early-career talent and provide constructive feedback.
• Expertise in SE and value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Demo2Win, Great Demo!).
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and ongoing evolution of the ASE training and deployment program.
• Oversee bootcamp curriculum aligned to product knowledge, technical acumen, value-based selling, and professional skills.
• Coach and develop Associate Solutions Engineers through classroom training, labs, and simulated sales scenarios.
• Collaborate with Field SE Management, Sales Enablement, and Recruiting to onboard and deploy ASE graduates into field roles.
• Track program health, graduation outcomes, and post-deployment performance to strengthen the program.
